Modes of Use
Slide the thicker bars onto the thin center bar and align the holes. Separate the looped screws from the caps. Thread the screws through the holes and secure them with caps. Attach wrist and/or ankle straps to the bar as desired.
Tip(s): Avoid overtightening the cuffs around your wrists. Discontinue use immediately if any discomfort or unwanted pain occurs. Do not use for extended periods of time. Always use responsibly.
Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth if needed. Air dry only. Not machine washable.
