Instructions

Place a pea-sized amount on your fingertip and divide it in half.

Apply half of the cream as deep as possible into the vagina. Wipe it off and then spread it over the vaginal tissues, up to the vaginal opening.

Apply the other half just inside the vaginal opening.

If you can't reach your vagina or are uncomfortable touching yourself, you can place a pea-sized amount of cream on top of a clean, empty tampon applicator and use it to apply it to the vaginal walls.

Wait up to 30 minutes after application for it to take effect.
